13 Banned Foods still allowed in the US
I saw this article and had to post it. Everytime I'm in the grocery store I spend more time reading labels than I do actually grabbing items. The ingredients allowed in most foods are straight ridiculous. Aspartame, High fructose corn syrup, MSG are just a few that should absolutely be banned from our consumption. 7 minutes of Hell
My challenge to you...
Crossfit is very popular these days! In my last video I did a burpee workout. Thus, I decided in the spirit of Crossfit, I would issue a CHALLENGE!!! How many burpees can you do in 7 minutes? Or as I call it, 7 minutes of HELL!
My Rules.
-Do a Real Pushup for the pushup portion
-No simply standing back up- Jump up from the floor.
Sound Easy? Give it a try. Leave your time in the comment section!
You won't win a prize but you will have bragging rights!!!

Don't have much time to workout?
Want to burn alot of fat without doing boring cardio?
Then look no further -Burpees are your answer!
Burpees are hands down one of the best exercises you can do if you are trying to burn alot of fat and don't feel like doing a bunch of cardio. They are easily modified so they are great for beginners as well as advanced athletes. Burpees can be used to get your heart and blood pumping at the start of a workout or at the end of the workout to get that last ounce of energy out of your body! They can be done practically anywhere and require no equipment which in my opinion makes them the PERFECT exercise. Upperbody, core, lowerbody all benefit from a great burpee workout.

Try 3x15, if this is too easy go for time. See how many you can do with perfect form for 7mins! But be warned, that is pretty EXTREME!!!
