My challenge to you...
Crossfit is very popular these days! In my last video I did a burpee workout. Thus, I decided in the spirit of Crossfit, I would issue a CHALLENGE!!! How many burpees can you do in 7 minutes? Or as I call it, 7 minutes of HELL!
My Rules.
-Do a Real Pushup for the pushup portion
-No simply standing back up- Jump up from the floor.
