Burpees are hands down one of the best exercises you can do if you are trying to burn alot of fat and don't feel like doing a bunch of cardio. They are easily modified so they are great for beginners as well as advanced athletes. Burpees can be used to get your heart and blood pumping at the start of a workout or at the end of the workout to get that last ounce of energy out of your body! They can be done practically anywhere and require no equipment which in my opinion makes them the PERFECT exercise. Upperbody, core, lowerbody all benefit from a great burpee workout.
There are many different workouts you can do.
Try 3x15, if this is too easy go for time. See how many you can do with perfect form for 7mins! But be warned, that is pretty EXTREME!!!
